Register an account.
Confirm your email address using the link we email you.
Choose a package.
Enter your ad.
Click PLACE ADVERTISEMENT
We check each new ad and usually publish it within 24 hours.
Choose any region from the list so you can move on.
Put at the top of your ad description:
Correct region: ………
Upon publication, we will add the appropriate region and remove this line from the description again.
Yes. New and changed ads and changes are checked manually first.
During this check, the ad is temporarily offline.
You don’t have to do anything; the ad will be visible again automatically, usually within 24 hours.
Save the ad without photos first, that way you won’t lose data.
Send photos by email or via WeTransfer to info@benb-tekoop.nl.
We compress the photos if necessary and post them upon publication.
Preferably send your username, ad title and/or web address (URL).
Do you want to determine the order of the photos? Then give the photos a number from 1 to 15 in the file name.
After publication, you can always log in and drag and drop the photos into the desired order.
Tip: This prevents data from being lost and keeps the ad correctly filled in.
Log in
At the top of the green bar, click on your username.
Click on My properties to see a list of your listings.
Click on the pencil icon to the right of the ad you want to change.
Make the desired changes.
Click UPDATE PAND to save the changes.
In the front of the title of your ad, put the text:
UNDER BID, SOLD UNDER CONDITION, SOLD, or FOR SALE
Click on the UPDATE PROPERTY button. The button can be found at the bottom of the page.
Upon publication, we remove the text from the title and ensure that the ad is given the correct status.
Please note that changing the ad is not a cancellation of your subscription.
Put at the top of the title: ARCHIVE
Click on the UPDATE PROPERTY button.
We will then place the ad in our archives.
With an active subscription, you may archive during the term. With the package Unlimited online, there is a maximum archiving duration of 3 months. If you want to archive longer, please email us your request.
Submit your username, ad title and/or URL to speed up the process.
Put at the top of the title: republish.
Click on the UPDATE PROPERTY button.
We will then place the ad back online.
