In the South of the Haute-Loire (Auvergne), just below the beautiful pilgrimage town of Le Puy-en-Velay is this farm with swimming pool and separate residence. The converted farmhouse dates from the 16th century and has a warm, cozy atmosphere. Overlooking the plateau, against the forest border, this is an oasis of tranquility. It is a well-run business, which can be taken over immediately. We want to take a smaller scale approach.

The hotel has 6 rooms with private bathrooms. The gite (completely renovated in 2020) has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen/living room. The roof of the gite has also been renewed, on which solar panels have been installed.
In the restaurant we allow up to 30 people to eat (could be more), and a drink can always be enjoyed by the wood stove. This building also has some other rooms, where storage and workshop sit, freezers etc are stored. Total area is about 750 m2.
The detached house has on the first floor a living room / kitchen, bathroom and storage room. The upper floor houses 4 bedrooms and there is an attic, where with a conversion another whole extra floor can be added. Next to the house the old bread barn is still intact. Pizzas can still be baked in the bread oven! Area is about 192m2.
In addition to the house, the buildings are connected to a septic tank. In 2020 the alarm system was also renewed and in 2023 all windows and frames were replaced.

The entire site covers 9000 m2, on which there are also 25 camping spots, a swimming pool (12.5m by 5.5m) and sanitary building. Sanitary facilities with 4 toilets and 5 showers , a family shower, sauna and on the upper part a large storage room, which now serves as a brocante.
