Well-run B&B in 18/19th century Manoir on 2 acres of private land.
We are offering our house and B&B for sale due to our impending retirement. We have lived here since 2012 and from 2013 we established our B&B business la Perle d’Anrosey here. Anrosey is located at the height of Langres, between Nancy and Dijon just along the autoroute du soleil. The estate is located on the outskirts of the village of Anrosey with a park-like garden of 2 hectares. There is a natural pond with a spring and many old trees. The garden has an unobstructed view over the valley of the small river L’Amance. Anrosey is a village of about 120 inhabitants in the southernmost tip of the Haute Marne on the border with Burgundy. About 30 minutes drive from the autoroute du soleil. 650 km from Utrecht and 650 km Marseille.
