The Hotel was completely renovated at the end of 2020 early 2021 and every winter (2023,2024) improvement works were carried out.
The hotel consists of 17 guest rooms (47 sleeping places) and each with private bathroom and toilet, there are rooms with 2 and 3 beds but also 1 room with 4 and 1 room with 5 beds.
The hotel has existed for more than 25 years (Belgian-owned as of 2021) and is a thriving business with motorcycling guests from all countries . (Belgians Dutch, Germans , English , French , Swiss , Norwegians , Finns , …..)
Revenue is now derived entirely from the Motor Season April through October, but is well expandable to include hikers, cyclists, passersby,…
2024 is fully booked and bookings for 2025 are coming in very smoothly (many returning customers)
The restaurant area consists of a restaurant/bar with 50 seats inside and 60 seats outside, on the beautiful raised wooden terrace overlooking the garden and mountains
There is a pool table inside and also an equipped room for playing darts.
The terrace is also equipped with a canopy with lounge chairs and there is another beautiful terrace made under the shady old lime tree where there is also a fire pit to recover from the day in the evening.

The private part of the apartment is partly on the 1st and 2nd floors and consists of a large living room with open kitchen and opens onto the terrace at the back of the hotel.
