“What a wonderful place!”

We actually hear this from all our guests, the space around you, the birds you hear whistling and the babbling water of the stream in the background. And despite being completely private here, you are close to fine and necessary amenities; such as the supermarket, other stores and several restaurants. In addition, the house is only a 15-minute drive from the beach.

There is much to see and do in this beautiful part of Normandy. And partly because of this, this location is very suitable for a bed and breakfast. Which was proven because until 2022 this was a very well-run chambre d’hotes. (Currently, we regularly rent out the entire house through Airbnb).

The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. (Of which three bedrooms of bathroom en suite). Part of the house is easily closed off from the rest of the house and also has its own entrance. This allows you to host guests without sacrificing any privacy.

The 2021 kitchen has all the luxuries and modern appliances.

In 2020 the old septic tank was replaced so a completely new bio-station. (So it no longer needs to be emptied, but is kept completely clean by bacteria).

In 2021, the geothermal heat pump was completely overhauled.
