This beautiful, fully restored noble house, is about 700 square meters and is located 100 meters from the medieval castle in Beja, Alentejo. The house consists of 3 floors, the first floor has a garage for 2 cars, a large basement and three independent apartments, all with their own entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The second floor has a living room with a chapel, fireplace, office space, large hall with access to a quintal and a huge living kitchen (80 m2) with an AGA stove in a custom-made kitchen and a large bathroom, underfloor heating, fireplace and wood stove. Also a large terrace overlooking the Alentejo fields. On the 3rd floor are 3 bedrooms and a large hall, 2 bedrooms en suite and 1 bedroom with its own bathroom. The house has been completely renovated in recent years, new windows with double glazing, new roof and beams, new electricity and plumbing.

Uniquely, there is a permit available for Alojamento Local. These are no longer issued easily. The license includes room + breakfast, lunch or dinner on request, but no restaurant license. The permit is good for 15 people divided into six rooms. We ourselves have only had three apartments for rent, but this can therefore be adjusted when renting out rooms or a fourth apartment.
