This rustic village hotel in the interior of Andalucia (right in the middle of the cities of Seville / Málaga / Cordoba / Jaén / Granada) is move-in ready!

Everything in perfect condition. (Built in 1930, completely renovated in 2006) The property is sold including all inventory. The roof was replaced and insulated in 2024. The hot water boiler and washing machine (with 10 year warranty) were replaced in late 2023. In May 2025 a swimming pool (plunch pool) will be installed!!! All necessary documents / permits are present, up to date and so transferable to the next owner. If you have your NIE, you can start right away!

In the attractive white village of Carcabuey are sufficient facilities (supermarket, school, medical post, sports center, sports clubs, library, swimming pool, hiking trails, bicycle routes) and organizes a very active village council many activities in the cultural and sports field. Always something to do and therefore….. all year round guests!

Nearby:
in the olive, hiking, climbing, birding, and biking paradise of Sierras de las Subbéticas where there are many hiking, biking, and culinary trails. For example, just outside Carcabuey is located the world’s best Almazara which produces the best olive oil in the world (Rincón de las Subbéticas) and attracts many tourists.

Just over an hour away;
Málaga, Granada, Córdoba and Jaén. Ideal for a one-day city break!

All this makes the village of Carcabuey a popular place for national and international tourists. There is always (!) run-up. If not from tourists then guests participating in a sports or cultural event, persons coming to visit their relatives in the village, people coming from the BenB to work for a few weeks or months or workers who need to be in the region for their work.

The house houses 8 rooms / 8 bathrooms. Of which 1 room with private entrance suitable for disabled (disabled room is mandatory in Spain!) All with original wooden beams and (local, authentic) ceramic tiles and sinks.
