As is often the case in Andalusian cities, from the street you cannot see the wealth and beauty that is behind the front door. Again, when you enter through the large antique wooden doors, you will be pleasantly surprised. From the entrance you will enter the impressive patio, the central point of the property. On the first floor are the breakfast room with bar, two guest rooms, guest toilets and access to the second patio, which can also be used privately thanks to the entrance from the manager’s house.

The administrator’s house has a spacious open kitchen/living room, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an additional guest toilet (with shower). On the first and second floors are the remaining 7 guest rooms (so 9 in total), including a family room with two sleeping areas. The other 8 rooms all have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and are tastefully decorated.

The rooftop terrace has a pool/large Jacuzzi and several sun beds. The hotel is currently open 8 to 9 months a year and generates good revenue. With additional marketing efforts, much more can be achieved.

An ideal location for a couple to run the hotel and enjoy Spanish life. There is the possibility of taking over existing bookings and booking pages. The occupancy rate is good, but with the right approach can still be increased significantly.
