It is located at the edge of a quiet village, in the middle of the sun-drenched volcanic island of Fuerteventura. The accommodation is directly adjacent to a large volcanic natural park, is very quiet and yet close to a village with all necessary amenities. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the volcanic crater present there.
The accommodation is currently in use as vacation accommodation, receiving B&B guests as well as small groups for special arrangements (e.g. hiking, cycling). The current guests are mainly Dutch & Flemish, some of whom often return several times. However, the accommodation can certainly also be used for other commercial purposes or as a large family home. You really can move in and start right away.

The villa stands on a flat, rectangular terrain that is completely walled in with natural stones and is therefore shielded from the surroundings. As a result, the privacy of residents / guests is optimally protected. In the front yard you will find a beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees, yuccas, various species of cactus (trees), agaves and fruit trees (mangos, limes, avocados, papayas, banana and a large olive tree).
Invisible from the road / neighbors is a large terrace with heated pool (over 20 m2), south facing. Here one can enjoy the view and abundant sunshine in complete privacy. The adjacent pergola provides the necessary shade.

The villa is connected to city sewage. There is satellite internet available (approx. 150 Mb/s). All electricity has been professionally installed or renewed in recent years. The water supply was renewed 5 years ago and installed above ground. The accommodation has 10 solar panels with a total power of 3 kW. Furthermore, the water is heated by 2 solar boilers. Because of all this, energy costs are minimal for an accommodation of this size. Thanks to a state-of-the-art filter, all the water in the accommodation is potable, very clean and “soft,” making equipment last much longer. All exterior windows have been replaced with aluminum in the last 2 years (no maintenance) and contain double-glazed windows. Most exterior windows also have shutters.

Fuerteventura has over 3000 hours of sunshine per year, making it one of the most sun-sure locations in Europe. Due to the often present wind it has a pleasant climate, even in the summer months.
It is the second largest island and has relatively few inhabitants making it much quieter than e.g. Tenerife or Gran Canaria. Moreover, it is known as a very safe place.
The accommodation is centrally located on the island: the nearest beach is about 15 minutes, the airport 25 minutes. Both the far north and south is 60 minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation are very many opportunities for hiking or cycling, which (thanks to the favorable climate) is possible almost all year round.
