At 30 km. of the coast of the Costa Blanca in Spain, in a mountainous area, we have started a vacation park. Currently, the park of over 70 HA consists of a 3-story main house with pool and outbuildings and about 6 different types of accommodations. Occupancy during the past corona year has been excellent.
A permit for expansion to about 30 accommodations has been issued.
The current couple has expressed a desire to return to the Netherlands, but has given assurances of a smooth transfer. The transfer I can take place by mutual agreement. Some knowledge of Spanish would be advantageous. We would like to make the financial proposal for a partnership in person.
