Bed and Breakfast and mini camping in southern Sweden. Located in a unique location on a reservoir of the Lågan. The property consists of a main house, 3 outbuildings, garage and a mini camping with 12 pitches, all equipped with electricity. The B&B has 22 beds. Since 1997, the current owners have renovated the accommodations. The B&B and campsite are well known and there are many returning guests every year. Main building, built in 1895 as a small hotel and used from 1947 as an institute for the blind. The main building now houses the reception as well as the restaurant (25 seats). The left wing contains a restaurant kitchen (partially renovated) and an office. The right wing is currently used as the owner’s residence. Large, partially covered, terrace with beautiful views of the lake. There are several basements under the building as well as an indoor garage. Ginsten, On the upper floor, which is accessible via street level, there are three spacious B&B rooms. The restrooms and shower room were completely renovated in 2021. The first floor is now used for storage. Eken, In this building there is a very spacious 6 person apartment (Eken1) and a spacious 4 person apartment. Eken1, Very spacious living room (75m2) with connecting covered terrace overlooking the lake. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 toilet and large shower room with toilet. Eken2, Spacious apartment for four people. Large living room with fully equipped kitchen (2022) and adjoining terrace also overlooking the water. 2 bedroom, 1 shower room with toilet. Prästkragen, in this building is located the toilet and shower building for the campsite. This consists of room with 3 sinks, 1 large shower room with shower/toilet, shower room, toilet, 2 large shower rooms with shower and toilet. There is also an area for dishwashing and a simple kitchenette. In the last part of this building there are 3 space 2 person studios. All studios have a private veranda overlooking the lake, private toilet and shower, fully equipped kitchen, sitting area with TV. Energy/water, on the plot are 3 water wells which provide the water needs through a water pump. All buildings are equipped with heat pumps. Prästkragen and Eken were fitted with a new heat pump system in 2022 and 2023, respectively. In addition, there are 74 solar panels on the roofs of these buildings.
