Method and agreement

  1. Registering as a “Seller” or “Broker” establishes an agreement for you to advertise.
  2. There is no right of withdrawal as you get instant access to your account.
  3. You choose the package that suits you. The minimum purchase when registering as a “Seller” or “Broker” is the same as the “Flexible” package.
  4. The payment period is 8 days after invoicing. When ordering the package (during the next step), a billing address located within the EU is required. You will receive the invoice by mail only.
  5. Subscriptions package “Flexible” and package “Average” are automatically renewed at the end of the first period, but are of course easily terminable. We also offer a one-time product with Package Unlimited Online.
  6. Cancellation can always be done up to 15 days before the end of the current period, simply by emailing info@benb-tekoop.nl. Merely removing an ad does not count as termination, as it is permissible to remove and repost your ad during the term of a subscription.
  7. The editors sometimes select properties from the submissions for forwarding to farm-tekoop.nl and bnbforsale.eu. The advertiser gives permission for forwarding, which in that case is free of charge.

How does it work to sell my B&B?

What we offer is a place to put your B&B for sale. This works in a few simple steps, which you will be guided through automatically.

  1. Register using the button on this page.
  2. Click on the activation link in your mailbox.
  3. You will now automatically (logged in) go to our site. There you choose your package.
  4. Then immediately post your ad.
  5. We vet and publish your ad.

This will make you findable to countless visitors. They can email or call you directly through your ad. With interested parties you plan a viewing and conduct negotiations to sell your B&B.

Can I edit my sales ad myself?

Yes, after publication, you can edit your sales ad yourself at any time through your online management system. If you change your sales ad, it does go offline for a short time. We then usually approve your ad within 24 hours (often sooner) and put it back online. This is how we ensure the most reliable platform possible with clean ads. We are also happy to help you change your sales ad by email.

My location is missing. Can I still register as a seller or broker?

Yes, if your location is missing from the menus on our website, you can simply register. Randomly choose another country and/or area when creating your ad. If you just email us, we will add the correct country and/or area when publishing your sales ad.
