First floor: Kitchen (4×4), dining room (4×3) with built-in closets for B&B, living room (10X5), front porch, back porch to tropical garden,
2nd Floor: 2 bedrooms (4X4), spacious attic (10×4) with office corner. and storage space for linens and supplies for the B&B

Accommodations:
2 studios in the garden (both about 30 m2) with kitchenette and separate bathroom and covered veranda.
1 apartment at the house, 60m2 with 2 bedrooms (4×4), 1 bathroom (2.5×4) and 1 kitchen (3×4). 1 covered porch and 1 outdoor seating area in the back.
