We live nicely, very nicely. The photos do not do justice to the reality. We invite you to visit us and see our house and large garden. With great pleasure we lived in Fourbanne for 12 years. Now age and health force us to spend our next phase of life somewhere else. So you can buy our house.

The house consists of 3 layers.
** First layer has 4 separate rooms namely:
1.Large workshop, in it there is currently a woodworking machine ( possibly for acquisition) 2 windows and 2 French doors with windows. Small kitchenette for the campers.
2.small workshop, this space is full of tools and here we do small jobs . 1 window and 1 exterior door with small window.
3. basement/utility room, in this room there are 2 electric water heaters ( 80 ltr and 200ltr) , the meter cupboard. We use this space as storage/basement. This room is built half underground and is always cool .
4.bathroom with walk-in shower, hanging toilet and sink ( built in 2021). This bathroom is used by campers

** second layer features 4 rooms
1. living room with open kitchen and porch. Just new double-glazed windows. wood stove with thermo system ( heats all 3 layers)
2. utility room ( can also be used as a bedroom
3. bedroom
4. bathroom built in 2021. Fully adapted and wheelchair accessible

Around the house a garden / orchard / vegetable garden really everything is there: shed, garage, small storage rooms, greenhouse, chicken coop with 7 chickens. Nearly half an acre of land on a hillside.
Raspberries, strawberries, plums, grapes, apples, pears, medlars, cherries, kiwi, quinces, walnut, hazelnut ……het all grow in the garden.

And all overlooking the navigable Doubs River.
