Are the data we have on you not correct (anymore)? Then, of course, you may have your data changed or supplemented by us. Was the incorrect data forwarded to a Participant? No problem. We will ensure (if required) that your change also reaches the Participant. If you do not want this, please let us know with your request.

Your details are only passed on to the Advertisers (B&B owners and brokers) with whom you have made contact through B&B For Sale itself. We process only ordinary personal data. Thus, we do not process special personal data, such as health data. The (personal) data we may process are as follows: name, address, place of residence, phone number, email address and IP address.
Your personal data is kept securely by us and no longer than necessary. Within 180 days of your contact with us or our advertiser, we will therefore delete your data in most cases. Among other things, this may be different if you are subscribed to our newsletter, as we can keep you informed and also provide better tips.
Because the Advertiser, with whom you make contact, also uses your personal data for their own purposes, they too are data controllers. Advertisers, like us, should respect your privacy rights.
